2-day HOLOGRAM OF CREATION WORKSHOP
Studies have revealed that there is a direct relationship between our mental and emotional state and our health and life expectancy. It is abundantly clear that negative emotions can destroy the coherence of the immune system, while positive emotions will enhance the immune system, our well-being and our creativity.
In the two-day workshop Hologram of Creation we will train ourselves to become more conscious of our thoughts, feelings and emotions and how these influence the way we speak (the sound we make) and our scalar consciousness (a grid of sound-light that surrounds us).
For this new workshop Tom de Winter has created a chart with a spectrum of the eight segments that contribute to our our mental and emotional state. All segments are interrelated. For instance, what you feel (about yourself) will influence your thoughts, your emotions, your intentions and your expectations of life.
In the Hologram of Creation workshop every segment is represented by exercises. We will meditate in order to ban useless thoughts. Through bodily exercises we will learn to recognise the several ways in which negative thoughts and emotions are revealed through signals from your body and from our subconsciousness. By exercising the full spectrum, segment by segment, we will deal with old influences that are no longer of use for us and that hinder our spiritual development. In doing this, we will open ourselves for a deeper awareness. The result will be new energy, new ideas and new insights and a more stable management of our inner and outer world.
